Depending on what your account provider offers, you'll need to use one of these options. We can either scan a QR code or enter a secret manually.
This process is called enrollment and we enroll a device for an account. Or if you haven’t created one yet click the + icon on the categories tab.

I'd like to take a few minutes in this episode to talk about one of my favorite password managers, called 1Password, which also offers the ability to generate one-time codes for accounts that need to be secured. Instead of carrying around a little hardware dongle to generate a TOTP, or timed one-time password, you can also use software on your mobile device to generate the code. Click the Account menu, choose your account, hover over its Secret Key, and click Copy.
The only difference is that the codes are stored on the key, instead of on your phone.
If you’re signed in to multiple accounts, select your account, then click your Secret Key to copy it. You add 1Password 2fa secret/qr code in the Yubikey Authenticator app, just like any other 2fa app. It's always a good idea to use two-factor authentication when you can and luckily, there are some helpful apps to keep track of authentication tokens for you. Click your account or collection at the top of the sidebar and choose Set Up Another Device.
