As this was a home warranty call, any work must be approved before work is begun so they can review all work orders. The technician arrived to our house and quickly diagnosed and replaced our PRV to stop the leak and within 30 minutes he was complete. The initial service call and communication from My Georgia Plumber was as expected, however once the call was completed, that's when things became unsatisfactory. They have committed forgery, fraud, and theft. How could 11/16/22 be on a document that was dated 7/8/22? I DID NOT SIGN THIS DOCUMENT NOR HAVE I SEEN IT BEFORE I FILED THE DISPUTE WITH AMEX. The document is clearly forged because it claims I signed the document on Jbut it says CHW refused to pay on. I disputed the charge several times with my credit card company and My Georgia Plumber has created a document forging a signature that is not mine saying I authorize them to use my card if the claim is not paid. They claimed I agreed to some terms that allowed them to take more money if the home warranty company did not pay, which I did not. I emailed them and advised that the payment was not authorized. The merchant then took $189.95 out of my account claiming that my claim was not paid by the home warranty. I was sleep at that time and did not make this transaction or authorize the use of my credit card or link it to the My Georgia Plumber website. Then on November 16, 2022, I received an email that my credit card was saved on file and authorized to be used by the merchant. I received a "Thank you for your business" email on August 8, 2002.
They said everything was covered by my home warranty insurance when they were in my home and advised I would not have to pay anything additional. The merchant required that I pay them $65 on July 5, however, they did not come to my home until July 8 and completed the repair. so they can steal my card information and take more money.
Although Choice Home Warranty required that I not pay the merchant until they came to my house, My Georgia Plumber required that I pay them before they come on their website where they can store my credit card information. In order for the merchant to come out, CHW requires to pay the $65 service fee to the merchant but not until they arrive at my house. CHW sent out My Georgia Plumber (the merchant) on July 7, 2022. I got proof through 2 inspections and I also have his recorded conversation that he wouldn’t report his opinion. I challenge Chandler the plumber to prove his opinion on a 6 month leak. Meanwhile this company quoted me $3800 for an electric 40 gallon water heater. Chandler put his unprofessional opinion of the hot water been leaking for 6 months in the report to American Home Shield and they won’t cover under warranty.

I also had a professional maintenance man look at it and he concurred with the inspector. I told him I had only lived in the home for 5 mos and when I had the home inspected it was not leaking. I corrected his opinion that it had not been due to it just started 4 days earlier. When Chandler arrived he commented that the water heater has been leaking for “a while”. It took them 3 days to come inspect my water heater after I consistently called and begged for a precise window of time.
Worst experience ever! They were dispatched through my home warranty company American Home Shield.
